Scale of rates

Our prices depend on the volume and weight of the goods we transport as well as the category of vehicle, and the distance and time of transport.

For transports (goods less than 50kg) within Vienna we have certain rates for the particular zones (zone rates).

If we convey goods to a place further away than 10km from Vienna you pay for the zones within Vienna (or for goods heavier than 50kg for the rates per hour) and outside the city for the way to the place and back to the city boundary per kilometre (rates per kilometre).

If the total weight of the goods we transport is more than 50kg or for bulky goods, which means that one of the goods is longer than1,5 meters or heavier than 50kg or more than 1m³ in volume we have rates per hour for the particular category of vehicle.

Outside the operating times of our call centre (operating times: Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm) we charge the rates mentioned above (rates per hour and per kilometre) plus 50 percent additional fee.

We also transport all kinds of dangerous goods (ADR) for a supplementary charge of 50 percent.

The journey to your place (within Vienna) as well as 10 minutes for handling the transport are free of charge.
